This is an interesting twist for in-store marketers… The opportunities if we only had our target markets just sitting and staring at our store displays!
Can you imagine the statements after some official gets to see this picture? It won’t be that young men should control their hormones and get a clue… it’ll be that shop owners are no longer allowed to display mannequins in their underwear in the window.
I guess with the current laws in place in a heavily restrictive society, you can’t expect anything else. A trend which may arise from this… Increased internet purchases of Blow-up dolls? Rise in female clothing retail stores, owners being young men ofcourse?

Was this in Saudi? In Egypt it’s so common to see this on almost every street with stores. Nobody takes a second glance. I find it embarrassing/uncomfortable though to walk into a store & find male staff. But it’s the norm here.
But think about if-if you grew up in a society which orders women to be fully covered, & black is de rigeur, would you not find this ummm stimulating?

On another note, This is very sad, yet I understand. However, the store owner’s should realise that they’re just causing more of a disturbance and it’s in contradiction of the society that they’re living in.

anyway it doesnt seem real to me. and if it is it isnt much different from the young guys staring at walking ‘mannequins’ (women nealry in their undies) here in SA. they have raging hormones- no matter where they come from.
at least these are dolls with no emotions. imagine how real women feel!

look thats so imbarising i just wanna know how do they feel look what ever u look at theis ladies they wont even change your life they are just mannequins’ believe me guyz it suxs to be a female your lucky if your a male can do anything that u wont> females that what they do> 1.they stay at home
2.they cant go to places like males do
3.must wear abaya and shailah
4.never talk to boys
5.cant give a boy a kiss ( thats the best part her is the clue that will actually chang a girl lifes life)
