Live Blogging the Cape Town Good Food & Wine Show

Okay, so I’m not that interested inthe Wine aspect, but here I am taking advantage of the Telkom Hotspot inthe middle of the Cape Town International Convention Centre and live blogging only the interesting aspects of what I find here at the show. So far the most interesting things I’ve come across which will achieve their own specific blog posts are the National Barista Championships, which were brilliant, the finals arebeing held today. Secondly I’ll be covering a Social Networking Site specifically for South African Foodies and lastly a recent entrant into the “espresso” market, albeit a very different and healthy take on it, called Red Espresso (those who frequent Woolworths will know what I am talking about.
